Complete and sign the Business Online Banking Fee Schedule and Set-Up Addendum on Page 6.This must be completed when enrolling for any of the online banking services.
If you are interested in Bill Pay, Wire Transfers, or other functions available through our Business Online Banking system, check the appropriate boxes on the Fee Schedule and Additional Services Addendum. A customer service representative will contact you regarding set-up.
